NEW CHARGES

October 23, 2023

  • Brandon R. Cox, 39, Galesburg, was charged with class 2 felony burglary, class 3 felony meth possession under 5 grams, and class 4 felony possession of burglary tools.

October 24, 2023

  • Jacklyn M. Anderson, 39, Galesburg, was charged with class 3 felony theft over $500, and misdemeanor DUI/alcohol and DUI/BAC .08.

  • Christopher R. Babers, 22, Galesburg, was charged with class 2 felony possession of a stolen firearm and class 3 felony unlawful sale of a firearm.

  • Jazmine R. Calhoun, 26, Galesburg, was charged with class 4 felony mob action.

  • Briton S. Carruthers, 34, Galesburg, was charged with class 2 felony possession of a schedule I or II narcotic.

  • David A. Dotson II, 27, Galesburg, was charged with class 4 felony mob action.

  • Misty L. Garman, 43, Galesburg, was charged with class X felony meth delivery/15-100 grams.

  • Raven M. Harris, 29, Galesburg, was charged with class 4 felony mob action.

  • Jeffrey Harrison, 54, Galesburg, was charged with class 3 felony falsifying info on violent offender against youth registration.

  • Trevor A. Huttenstine, 23, Galesburg, was charged with class 4 felony mob action.

  • Chance L. Patterson, 22, Galesburg, was charged with class 4 felony mob action.

  • Patrick Snyder, 57, Galesburg, was charged with class X felony meth delivery/100-400 grams.

  • Amber M. Williams, 36, Galesburg, was charged with class 2 felony meth delivery under 5 grams and possession of a schedule I or II narcotic.

  • Jala J. Williams, 25, Galesburg, was charged with class 4 felony mob action.

October 25, 2023

  • Mariyah A. Maddox, 18, Galesburg, was charged with class 3 felony retail theft over $300.

October 26, 2023

  • Kenneth Mayfield, 41, Galesburg, was charged with class 3 felony meth possession under 5 grams and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.

  • Rodney D. Smith, 61, Galesburg, was charged with class 2 felony burglary.

  • Patrick Snyder, 57, Galesburg, was charged with class X felony meth delivery/15-100 grams and class 4 felony possession of a controlled substance.

October 27, 2023

  • Amber M. Williams, 36, Galesburg, was charged with class 1 felony mfg/delivery of fentanyl/1-15 grams, class 3 felony possession of a firearm by a felon, class 4 felony possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of a knife.

October 30, 2023

  • Jamal J. Hudson, 51, Galesburg, was charged with class 2 felony defacement of firearm ID markings and class 4 felony aggravated unlawful use of a firearm.

  • Tyler P. Lytle, 38, Galesburg, was charged with class 3 felony meth possession under 5 grams.

October 31, 2023

  • Ryan B. Beck, 40, Galesburg, was charged with class 3 felony aggravated battery/victim age 60+ and class 4 felony domestic battery/prior.

  • Daniel A. McManis, 28, Oneida, was charged with class 4 felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor domestic battery/bodily harm.

  • Dustin L. Withers, 20, Galesburg, was charged with class 1 felony child pornography.

November 1, 2023

  • Alfonso Sandoval, 42, Galesburg, was charged with class 4 felony possession of a controlled substance.

  • Tomorro J.M. Wignall, 47, Galesburg, was charged with class 2 felony burglary, class 4 felony possession of burglary tools, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

November 2, 2023

  • Thomas L. Helms, 41, East Galesburg, was charged with class 4 felony bad checks.

  • Scott E. Hitz, 49, Galesburg, was charged with class 2 felony aggravated DUI and two minor traffic charges.

  • Anthony R. Loomer, 32, Modoc, was charged with class 3 felony theft over $500.


WARRANTS SERVED

October 24, 2023

  • Albert F. Holmes Jr., 61, Galesburg, was served a warrant on a class 3 felony charge of violating the sex offender registry. The charge was filed Sept. 27, 2022.

October 26, 2023

  • Ryan A. Swank, 34, Abingdon, was served a warrant on charge of class 4 felony unlawful restraint and domestic battery/prior and misdemeanor interfering with a report of domestic violence. The charges were filed Aug. 8.

October 30, 2023

  • Kenneth L. Walker, 36, Galesburg, was served a warrant on a class X felony charge of meth delivery/100-400 grams. The charge was filed Sept. 19.

  • In a second case, Walker was served a warrant on a class X felony charge of meth delivery/15-100 grams. The charge was filed Sept. 19.


DISPOSITIONS

October 24, 2023

  • Douglas A. Daszczuk, 35, Galesburg, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor firearm possession (reduced from class 3 felony firearm possession) and was sentenced to 24 months conditional discharge. Charges of class 2 felony possession of a stolen firearm and class 4 felony aggravated unlawful use of a weapon were dismissed. The charges were filed July 5.

  • Lenora Jones, 58, Galesburg, had charges of class 3 felony aggravated battery/deadly weapon and class 4 felony mob action dropped. The charges were filed June 16.

  • John R. Larkin, 48, Macomb, pleaded guilty to class 3 felony aggravated battery/public place and was sentenced to 180 days jail/111 days credit and 24 months probation. A charge of misdemeanor resisting an officer was dismissed. The charges were filed Feb. 6.

  • Debra J. Melton, 66, Galesburg, pleaded guilty to class 3 felony retail theft over $300 and was sentenced to 18 months probation. The charge was filed Sept. 1, 2022.

  • In a second case, Melton had a charge of class 3 felony meth possession under 5 grams and a minor traffic charge dismissed. The charges were filed May 12.

  • Sabre J. Seefeldt, 24, Galesburg, had a charge of class 4 felony aggravated fleeing dismissed. The charge was filed May 24, 2022.

  • In a second case, Seefeldt pleaded guilty to class 3 felony possession of a firearm by a felon and was sentenced to 2 years in prison/68 days credit. Charges of class 3 felony aggravated battery/pregnant or handicapped victim and misdemeanor domestic battery/bodily harm, criminal damage to property under $500, and interfering with a report of domestic violence dismissed. The charges were filed Aug. 17.

  • Kimberly D. Smith, 41, Galesburg, pleaded guilty to class 3 felony meth possession under 5 grams (reduced from class 1 felony meth possession/15-100 grams) and was sentenced to 24 months probation and 30 hours community service. Charges of class 2 felony aggravated battery/peace officer and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed. The charges were filed Sept. 1. The court withholds judgment in the case.

  • Calvin C. Spinks, 31, Galesburg, had a charge of class 4 felony mob action dropped. The charge was filed June 20.

October 25, 2023

  • Lisa D. Cain, 49, Covington, Virginia, had a charge of class 3 felony meth possession under 5 grams dropped. The charge was filed Sept. 5.

  • Brenden J.M. Jared-Johnson, 27, Monmouth, pleaded guilty to class 3 felony meth possession under 5 grams and was sentenced to 3 years in prison. The charge was filed Sept. 14, 2022.

  • Jessica M. Nelson, 38, Buda, had a charge of class 3 felony forgery dismissed. The charge was filed Nov. 18, 2021.

  • In a second case, Nelson pleaded guilty to class 3 felony meth possession under 5 grams and was sentenced to 30 days jail/15 days credit and 18 months conditional discharge. The charge was filed June 6, 2022.

  • Troy E. Wickham, 42, Galesburg, pleaded guilty to class 2 felony burglary and was sentenced to 180 days jail/83 days credit, and 2 years probation. A charge of misdemeanor criminal damage to property under $500 was dismissed. The charges were filed Aug. 3.

  • In a second case, Wickham pleaded guilty to class 2 felony burglary and was sentenced to 180 days jail/83 days credit, and 2 years probation. The charge was filed Aug. 3.

October 26, 2023

  • Romello Askew, 25, Galesburg, pleaded guilty to class 1 felony meth delivery/5-15 grams (reduced from class X felony meth delivery/15-100 grams) and was sentenced to 4 years in prison/1 day credit. The charge was filed Mar. 4, 2022.

  • Luz M. Carillo, 28, Galesburg, pleaded guilty to class 2 felony possession of a stolen vehicle and was sentenced to 3 years in prison/180 days credit. The charge was filed Mar. 9.

  • In a second case, Carillo had a charge of class 4 felony criminal trespass/residence dismissed. The charge was filed July 24.

October 27, 2023

  • Thomas L. Canaday, 47, Galesburg, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor criminal damage to property under $500 and battery/physical contact and was sentenced to 18 months conditional discharge and 30 hours community service. Charges of class 1 felony residential arson and class 2 felony arson were dismissed. The charges were filed Oct. 6.

  • Eric K. McKinney, 45, Galesburg, had a charge of class 3 felony meth possession under 5 grams dropped. The charge was filed May 8.

October 31, 2023

  • Amber R.M. Ehrhardt, 35, New Boston, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor meth possession under 5 grams (reduced from class 2 felony meth possession/5-15 grams) and was sentenced to 1 year court supervision and fined. The charge was filed July 27.

  • Marcresha D. Jenkins, 27, Galesburg, had two counts of class 3 felony aggravated battery/public place and a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery/bodily harm dismissed. The charges were filed Dec. 16, 2022.

  • In a second case, Jenkins pleaded guilty to misdemeanor meth possession under 5 grams (reduced from class 3 felony) and was sentenced to 12 months supervision and fined. A misdemeanor charge of unlawful possession of cannabis was dismissed. The charges were filed Mar. 6. The court withholds judgment in the case.

  • Sean M. Norvell, 48, Galesburg, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor meth possession under 5 grams (reduced from class 3 felony) and was sentenced to 1 year conditional discharge. The charge was filed Feb. 9.

November 3, 2023

  • Lisa M. Littlefield, 52, Galesburg, had a charge of class 4 felony driving on a revoked license dismissed. The charge was filed Aug. 25.
